EASA B1.3 Licensed Engineer – H145 / H155
Location: Emden,Germany
Roster: 7 days on / 7 days off or 14 days on / 14 days off
Contract Type: Permanent / Long-Term Employment
Volantes Technical Recruitment is working in partnership with a Germany-based helicopter operator to support the continued expansion of their Line Maintenance team. We are seeking experienced EASA B1.3 Licensed Engineers, ideally type-rated on the H145 and/or H155, for a long-term career opportunity within a stable and growing organisation.
The Role
This is a Line Maintenance position involving regular travel to company stations across the North Sea and Baltic Sea regions. Engineers will operate independently while also working closely within a professional and supportive maintenance team.
During duty periods:

Extensive travel between operational stations

Company vehicle provided

Hotels and overnight stays covered when required

Key Requirements

EASA Part-66 CAT B1.3 Aircraft Maintenance Licence
-
Type rating on H145 and/or H155
(Both type ratings highly advantageous but not essential) -
Minimum 6 months’ experience within the last 2 years on the relevant aircraft type(s)

Strong knowledge of European and national aviation regulations

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Good working knowledge of English

Salary Progression
Salaries are reviewed regularly and do not stagnate.
Confirmed increases include:

+4.5% planned for 2026

+3.5% already planned for 2027
