POSITION: B1.3 AW139 Engineer
LOCATION: Abu Dhabi
CONTRACT TYPE: Long-Term (Full-time)
Basic Function and Scope
Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on AW139 aircraft. Responsible for maintaining aircraft, tools, equipment, and ensuring administrative compliance. Reports directly to the Maintenance Supervisor.
Qualifications

FAA Airframe and Powerplant Certificate or industry equivalent

High School Diploma and graduation from a military or commercial aircraft maintenance course
-
Eligibility to obtain a UAE driving license
Experience
-
Minimum 10 years of aviation maintenance experience
-
At least 5 years of hands-on experience on AW139 aircraft

Completion of AW139 type training

Strong understanding of tools, test equipment, and ground support systems relevant to the AW139
Language Skills

Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
Duties and Responsibilities

Support the Maintenance Supervisor in fulfilling operational goals

Perform inspections, repairs, and services in accordance with technical publications and internal policies

Train and support junior technicians and local trainees to develop their capabilities

Complete all necessary documentation related to maintenance activities

May perform crew member duties to support maintenance tests (subject to passing a flight physical)

Other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Team Lead
