Volantes are delighted to be supporting one of our long-standing, well-established rotary aviation partners in Oxford, with the recruitment of two experienced Warehouse Coordinators to join their busy team.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic and highly respected organisation within the UK rotary sector — supporting critical operations across multiple aviation projects.

Role Overview

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in the smooth running of warehouse and material management operations. You’ll support team leaders and senior management, ensuring efficient and compliant handling, storage, and movement of aircraft parts and components.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations within the Material Management Warehouse.

• Follow company quality procedures and operational standards.

• Handle and prioritise material orders and movements efficiently.

• Ensure correct unloading and handling in line with airworthiness directives.

• Work cross-functionally across inbound, outbound, repairs, and tool control functions.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with company systems (e.g. SAP).

• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance performance.

• Provide regular updates to team leaders on progress and any issues.

• Participate in the On-Call Roster.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in aviation or a similar regulated industry preferred.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise across all levels.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure.

• Proven experience working to targets and KPIs.

• Awareness of stock security and warehouse compliance.

• Familiarity with UK CAA / EASA Part 145 regulations advantageous.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook).

Qualifications

• Forklift truck experience and valid certification preferred.

• Full UK driving licence required.

• Ability to obtain DBS and SC security clearance.
