CAMO Engineer – Oxford | Permanent
Volantes Technical Recruitment have a great new opportunity for an experienced CAMO engineer to manage and support key airworthiness activities, maintenance planning, and technical records for aircraft.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop Aircraft Maintenance Programmes
- Review airworthiness directives, service bulletins, and regulatory/OEM documentation
- Plan and coordinate line and base maintenance
- Support Airworthiness Reviews and ARC extensions
- Analyse repetitive defects and aircraft reliability
- Review and update technical logs and flight manuals
- Handle material planning and requisitions
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and component changes
- Support and improve CAMO processes across the team
Requirements:
Essential:
- Strong knowledge of Part-CAMO regulations
- Attention to detail and a methodical approach
- Self-motivated, team player, with strong communication skills
- Proficient in Google Docs and general IT
- Minimum 5 GCSEs (Grade C or above) or equivalent
Desirable:
- Experience with airworthiness management software
- Aviation-related degree
- Human factors, Part-CAMO, or Part-145 training
