Job Title: Deputy Rotary Wing Chief Pilot
Location: Papua New Guinea
Job Type: Equal Touring Rotation

Job Description:
Our client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Deputy Rotary Wing Chief Pilot to support and lead their rotary operations across Papua New Guinea. This is a critical leadership position, reporting directly to the CEO, and will be responsible for the direction, compliance, and safety of flight operations in accordance with CASA PNG regulations, OGP guidelines, and BARS requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversight of all rotary wing operations and flight standards

• Maintain operational compliance with CASA PNG and internal company policies

• Support crew management, rostering, and pilot currency

• Implement and supervise pilot check & training programs

• Conduct regular operational visits and provide reports to leadership

• Liaise with engineering to ensure aircraft maintenance coordination

Fleet Includes:

• Bell 212 / 412

• AS350

• BK117

• Sikorsky S-76

Requirements:

• Minimum 5,000+ hours total flying experience

• Endorsements on at least two types from the operated fleet

• ATPL (Helicopters)

• IFR qualified

• Proven leadership in Check & Training, CRM or flight ops management

• Strong understanding of safety, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks
