Volantes Technical Recruitment, on behalf of our long-standing, well-respected UK Rotary Client have the permanent role of UKCAA B1.3 Engineer available at their Sumburgh SAR base.

Purpose of Role

Certification and line Maintenance, modification, repairs, and component changes on S92 / AW189 and any other aircraft required.

Principal Responsibilities

• B1.3 Certifying duties on the clients fleet of S92 & AW189 aircraft
• Help maintain / improve Company standards.
• Where assigned, mentor Trainees.
• Marshalling, refuelling, ground handling.

Person Specification:

We are looking for someone holding a UKCAA issued B2 Licence, ideally, we would of course want someone that already has either 1 or both the 189 & S92 Type Rating however the client will consider Engineers non types with a view to enrolling you on the next available course.

Experience

• 2 Years S92 / AW189 preferable.
