Volantes Technical Recruitment, on behalf of our long-standing Aberdeen based Rotary client have the permanent role of HUMS Analyst available.

The HUMS Analyst is responsible for providing continuing airworthiness support in relation to HUMS for the client fleet of AW139 , S92 & H175 Aircraft.

This is a Hybrid Role, requiring you to be office based 3 out of the normal 5 working days.

Responsibilities: 

• Daily second line Analysis of HUMS data for the entire fleet producing detailed reports.                   
• Providing direct support to the Part-145 Maintenance organisation in relation to all Transmission/Rotor health monitoring and associated HUMS avionic issues.
• Manage OEM/TCH communications in relation to HUMS.
• Build and configuration of HUMS ground station equipment.
• Assist with HUMS training of Part-145 Staff.
• Work closely with the other members of the CAMO.
• Be available on-call as part of an on-call support roster.

Ideally, for this role, we would be looking for you to have a solid understanding of Vibration analysis and condition monitoring as well as already holding a part 66 licence.
