UKCAA B1.3 Engineers – S92 / AW189 – Contract – Base Maintenance – Aberdeen


Volantes Technical Recruitment, partnering with our long-standing UK offshore rotary client to source experienced UKCAA B1.3 Licensed Engineers on a contract basis, supporting base maintenance operations in Aberdeen.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy, well-established hangar team working on the S92 & AW189. 

Contractors will be involved in scheduled and unscheduled heavy maintenance, including phase inspections, component changes, modifications and defect rectification, all in a safety-critical offshore support environment.

Contract Details:

  • Location: Aberdeen (base maintenance hangar)
  • Contract length: 6 Months inital contract with strong chance of extention
  • Start: ASAP

Requirements:

  • UK CAA B1.3 Part 66 licence
  • Type rating on S92 and/or AW189
  • Previous base or heavy maintenance experience on medium or heavy helicopters
  • Strong commitment to operational safety, quality, and teamwork
  • Able to work flexibly within a shift-based hangar environment
