UKCAA B1 Licensed Engineers – B737 NG & MAX

Location: Seville, Spain

Volantes Technical Recruitment is currently recruiting for experienced B1 Licensed Engineers who are current on the Boeing 737 NG & MAX for a long-term heavy maintenance contract in Seville, Spain.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy heavy maintenance programme for the winter season, with long hours available and accommodation, local transport and return flights provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out scheduled heavy maintenance activities on Boeing 737 NG & MAX aircraft.
  • Certify maintenance tasks in accordance with approved maintenance data and applicable Part-145 procedures.
  • Ensure all maintenance documentation and associated paperwork is completed accurately and within required timescales.
  • Carry out inspections, troubleshooting, defect rectification and component replacement as required.
  • Maintain high engineering standards across task control, tooling, housekeeping and workplace cleanliness.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
  • Work closely with fellow engineers, mechanics and maintenance management to ensure project milestones are achieved.

Candidate Requirements

Essential:

  • Valid EASA Part-66 B1 Licence.
  • Boeing 737 NG & MAX type rating.
  • Fully current on both B737 NG & MAX.
  • Minimum 3 years' certifying experience on the aircraft types.
  • Previous heavy/base maintenance experience.
  • Ability to provide supporting licence, type and recency documentation.
  • Own PPE and tools.
  • Right to work within the EU.
  • Availability to commit to the duration of the project.
