  • Flexible working to support operations — including occasional work away from base
  • Operating across a 7-day, 365-day operation in line with customer requirements

Hours of Work

The role operates on a 4 on 4 off shift pattern, with shifts running 07:00–19:00 (11.5 hours working, 30-minute unpaid break). The average working week is 40 hours. Initial training will be conducted on a Monday–Friday basis.

The Successful Candidate

  • Experience within a corporate / business aviation environment strongly preferred
  • A Licence holders particularly welcome (additional authorisation payment available — see below)
  • Sheet metal experience beneficial but not essential — this is primarily a mechanical role
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office packages and standard computer systems
