Role Overview
We are seeking a H145 & H160 Licensed Senior Technician to perform and certify maintenance activities on H145 and H160 helicopters in accordance with EASA Part-145 requirements and company procedures.
The position provides advanced hands-on technical expertise across both Airbus platforms, leads complex troubleshooting activities, and supports aircraft release to service. The role plays a critical part in ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, technical quality, and on-time aircraft delivery.
Based on operational needs, the technician may also support AOG recovery, field operations, ferry flights, and pre-purchase inspections.
Key Responsibilities
H145 & H160 Maintenance & Certification
- Perform and certify scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on H145 and H160 helicopters.
- Act as certifying staff within the scope of company authorisation (CRS).
- Execute and supervise:
- Base and line maintenance inspections
- Dynamic component replacement
- Engine removal and installation
- Major component changes
- Structural and mechanical defect rectification
- Ensure all maintenance documentation is properly completed, signed, and traceable.
- Support aircraft release to service in accordance with Part-145.
Advanced Troubleshooting & Technical Leadership
- Act as technical reference for complex defects and non-routine findings on both platforms.
- Interpret and apply AMM, IPC, WDM, SRM, TSM and OEM documentation.
- Lead fault isolation and root-cause analysis activities.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior technicians.
- Support structured technical decision-making within the hangar environment.
Project & Delivery Support
- Support aircraft redelivery, inspections, and acceptance activities.
- Contribute to AOG recovery when required.
- Provide feedback to planning and production teams regarding work scope execution.
- Support technical discussions with customers when necessary.
Required Profile
- Minimum 8–10 years of documented hands-on helicopter maintenance experience
- Valid EASA Part-66 B1.3
- Valid H145 Type Rating
- Valid H160 Type Rating
- Proven experience within an EASA Part-145 organisation
- Strong experience in heavy inspections and troubleshooting on both platforms
- Ability to work autonomously in high-tempo maintenance environments
- Structured technical mindset with strong accountability
