Job Description

On behalf of our Saudi Arabia based client we are seeking skilled Avionics (B2) Technicians & Trainers to join our their operation in Jeddah.

This role offers the opportunity to work with advanced rotary-wing aircraft and to support both hands-on maintenance and technical training delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and troubleshooting of avionics systems in line with regulatory and manufacturer standards.

• Deliver technical training and mentoring to technicians, ensuring compliance with aviation safety and quality requirements.

• Maintain accurate training records, OJT logs, and technical documentation.

• Support operational readiness by applying technical expertise to assigned platforms.

Candidate Requirements

• Education: Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance (Avionics) or completion of a recognized aviation training program in Avionics Maintenance (minimum 2 years).

• Experience: Minimum 5 years’ proven aviation industry experience (civilian or military), including at least 3 years as an Avionics Technician on relevant platforms.

• Type Training: Completed aircraft type rating or specialized course (minimum 4 weeks) from a recognized organization. H145 aircraft experience and OJT records are highly desirable.

• Training Skills: Certified "Train the Trainer" qualification.

• Language: English proficiency (IELTS 5.5 or equivalent). Non-native speakers will be assessed during the interview process.

• IT Skills: Working knowledge of MS Office and other common office automation tools.

• Other: Must successfully pass client interview (in person or online) and Saudi security clearance.
