The Opportunity

You'll be joining an established maintenance team supporting a range of rotary operations. The role is primarily based at Staverton, but occasional travel may be required for AOG or remote line support. You'll be hands-on with some of the industry’s leading aircraft types and part of an organisation that values quality, safety, and teamwork.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks on rotary aircraft

  • Ensure all work is completed in line with regulatory and company requirements

  • Maintain detailed and accurate records via maintenance systems

  • Support AOG recovery and off-site maintenance when required

  • Follow all health & safety policies, reporting risks or incidents appropriately

  • Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth and safe operation

 

Essential Requirements

  • UK CAA B1.3 Aircraft Maintenance Licence
  • Ideally, already typed on at least one of the following:
  • Leonardo AW139
  • Leonardo AW169
  • Airbus H145
  • Able to work independently and flexibly, with a willingness to travel if needed
  • Strong knowledge of aviation maintenance regulations, human factors & H&S
