Volantes Technical Recruitment are seeking a HR director / Head of Human Resource
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: DOE, TAX free


The position is working for a leading aviation client in the UAE.  The role will require you to develop and manage the HR department and implement the HR process throughout the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent preferred).
• A minimum of 8 years' HR leadership experience, ideally within the aerospace, engineering, or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies at a senior level.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labour laws and regulations.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work in a cross-cultural environment and adapt to the dynamic demands of a global organisation.
• Experience in organisational change management and transformation initiatives is a plus.
