We’re working with a dynamic and expanding aircraft maintenance organisation that’s investing heavily in its people, processes, and capability. This is a standout opportunity for an experienced P145 Planning Manager to step into a highly influential role at the heart of the operation.
You’ll be responsible for shaping and leading all aircraft maintenance planning activities—driving efficiency, optimising turnaround times, and playing a key role in supporting continued growth.
The Role
As P145 Planning Manager, you’ll take full accountability for aircraft planning across all Part 145 activities, working closely with Maintenance, Sales, Logistics, Production, and CAMOs to ensure every aircraft input is delivered smoothly and commercially.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement planning procedures to support a rapidly growing Part 145 MRO

Chair aircraft pre-input and planning meetings

Review and shape incoming work scope proposals in collaboration with Sales

Plan and manage all accepted work packages from input to redelivery

Work closely with logistics and production to ensure efficient TAT and resource flow

Act as the primary planning interface with CAMOs

Oversee technical records and technical publications

Represent Maintenance in global planning and sales meetings

Skills & Experience
-
5+ years’ experience in aircraft maintenance planning within an airline or MRO environment
(third-party MRO experience highly advantageous)

Proven managerial experience, including training and developing teams

Strong working knowledge of EASA & UK CAA Part-M and Part-145 regulations

Excellent IT skills

Fluent English (written and spoken)
