Reporting to the Head of Design, the Head of the Office of Airworthiness (HOA) will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring the continued compliance with the applicable airworthiness and Design Office standards and procedures. This position plays a key role in interfacing with EASA, leading airworthiness initiatives, and supporting various technical and design processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake duties and responsibilities as prescribed in the EASA approved Design Office Handbook 1, section 1.9.6.
• Serve as the primary interface with the EASA DOA Team Leader, advising on all matters related to airworthiness.
• Act as the deputy to the Head of Design.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must possess a University Aeronautical Engineering Degree or equivalent
• Relevant experience in airworthiness, design compliance, and aircraft modifications/repairs.
• In-depth knowledge of EASA regulations and DOA procedures.
• Strong technical background in avionics, electrical, and mechanical engineering disciplines.
• Experience in managing projects and coordinating cross-disciplinary teams.

Strategic Planning and Cross-Departmental Collaboration

Stakeholder and Vendor Management
