EU-Based Role | Relocation Supported

We are supporting a well-established EASA Part 145 maintenance organisation with the recruitment of a Quality & Compliance Engineer to join their expanding technical team.

This opportunity will suit someone with a strong audit and compliance background, ideally coming from an engine shop or component maintenance environment, who is looking to take the next step in an international setting.

The Role

You will play a key role in ensuring continued compliance with EASA regulations, internal procedures, and industry best practice, supporting both operational teams and senior management.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting internal audits within a Part 145 environment
• Supporting compliance monitoring activities and corrective action follow-up
• Assisting with regulatory audits and authority liaison where required
• Reviewing and maintaining quality documentation, procedures, and manuals
• Promoting a strong safety, quality, and compliance culture across the organisation

Requirements

• Proven experience working within an EASA Part 145 organisation
• Strong understanding of audit techniques and compliance monitoring
• Background in an engine shop or similar maintenance environment highly desirable
• Detail-oriented, structured, and confident working independently
• Good written and verbal communication skills
