Job Description
We are seeking experienced Engine Overhaul Technicians to join our clients growing aviation maintenance organisation in Larnaca,Cyprus.
The successful candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance, inspections, repairs, and alterations on CFM LEAP engines, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Carry out disassembly and assembly of engines, modules, and components in line with ESM procedures.

Perform visual and dimensional inspections of engine parts.

Complete cleaning work and minor repairs on engines and components.

Conduct damage investigations and prepare detailed reports.

Lead and delegate tasks within the team to align workload with the production plan.

Prepare, review, and maintain maintenance and inspection documentation to regulatory standards.

Create/revise operational work documents such as removal/installation instructions and disassembly/assembly work orders.

Issue preliminary and final shop visit reports.

Certify and release work in line with airworthiness requirements and OEM recommendations.

Monitor calibration, maintenance, and testing of workshop tools and equipment.

Uphold strict safety standards across all tasks.

Support the growth and development of workshop operations, providing guidance and mentoring to trainees and junior staff.
Qualifications

Minimum 6 months recent engine workshop maintenance experience (within the last 2 years).

At least 3 years of hands-on experience with CFM LEAP or similar engines (e.g. CFM56, GEnx).

Strong knowledge of aviation regulatory requirements and maintenance procedures.

Proficient in interpreting and applying Airworthiness Directives (ADs), Service Bulletins (SBs), and OEM documentation (ESM, AMM, SPM, IPC).

High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
-
Previous experience in an EASA Part-145 MRO (D1 rating capability).

Aeronautical degree or engineering apprenticeship.

Additional certifications (e.g. EASA Part-66 or FAA A&P licence).
