Volantes Technical Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a leading aviation MRO organisation in their search for an experienced NDT Level 2 Technician to join their growing team in Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out NDT inspections in line with EN4179 and/or NAS-410 procedures and codes

• Interpret, evaluate, and accurately document inspection results

• Prepare reports and maintain up-to-date inspection records

• Control, monitor, and ensure calibration and maintenance of NDT equipment

• Maintain strict adherence to safety standards at all times

• Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow

• Contribute to the growth of the NDT department through evaluation, design, and implementation of new initiatives

• Provide guidance and supervision to trainees and Level 1 personnel as required

Qualifications & Experience

• Certified Level 2 in at least Penetrant Testing (PT) & Eddy Current Testing (ET)

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in NDT inspections

• Certification to EN4179 and/or NAS-410 standards

• Strong knowledge of aviation industry standards, procedures, and regulations

• Familiarity with OEM Manuals (e.g. ESM, AMM, SPM, NDTM)

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability

Preferred Skills

• Experience within an EASA Part145 MRO (D1 rating capability)

• University degree or completed apprenticeship

• Additional certifications (e.g. Aviation Maintenance Licence)
