The Role

As Senior Risk Manager, you will lead the enterprise-wide risk management function, ensuring that strategic, operational, financial, and compliance risks are identified, assessed, and mitigated to world-class standards. Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Risk Leadership

Lead the design, implementation, and continual enhancement of the company’s Enterprise Risk Management system.
Build a strong risk culture through awareness, training, and executive engagement.
Deliver high-quality risk dashboards, reports, and frameworks for decision-makers.

Strategic Influence

Guide senior leadership on emerging risks, mitigation strategies, resilience, and business continuity planning.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and international standards.

Operational Excellence

Conduct enterprise-level risk assessments and scenario planning.
Oversee insurance adequacy, coverage, and alignment with organizational exposure.
Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration to embed risk practices across the business.

People Leadership

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing risk team.

Represent the risk function at executive and board meetings.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Admin, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Professional certifications such as CRM, FRM, ARM, or equivalent highly desirable

Experience & Skills

8+ years in risk management, including 4+ years at senior/leadership level
Strong track record implementing ERM frameworks at organizational scale
Deep understanding of regulatory compliance, risk modelling, and mitigation strategies
Excellent communication, influencing ability, and leadership presence
Strong understanding of risk technology, systems, and processes
