Volantes Technical Recruitment, on behalf of our long-standing U.K Based Rotary client have the permanent role Engineering Admin Assistant Available
This role is at their Inverness Base.
This role can be undertaken on a full-time or part-time basis working a minimum of 20 hours per week over four or five days.
- Technical records management support to include:
- Reviewing and checking accuracy of daily Tech-Log pages
- Updating of daily-log and CALM
- Production of work-packs
- Updating of aircraft logbooks
- Data input for reliability programmes
- Updating of technical library publications and distribution of flight manual amendments
- Aircraft records archiving
Engineering management team support to include:
- Roster maintenance and browser update
- Timesheet management
- Holiday records management
- General administrative support
- General administrative and department support duties as directed by Group Executive Director.
